Digital archive print with silkscreen colour and varnish overlays

40 × 30 cm

Edition of 50 + 5 APs, signed and numbered

This limited edition print was produced by accessories designer, art director and fashion stylist Judy Blame to accompany his retrospective held in 2016 at the ICA.

In the early 1980s Judy Blame’s non-conformist attitude and desire to distinguish himself within the London club scene motivated him to produce jewellery. Safety pins, buttons, badges, pearls, bottle tops, cutlery, plastic bags, toy soldiers and keys form an inventory of objects that Blame adapted to create his trademark accessories.

Baby's Bottle, comes from a series of four collages Blame created in 2012. In this print, the collage is translated within different layers of silkscreen colour and high-gloss varnish, adding surface lustre to the fused images of perfume and baby's bottle.
