Untitled (CE-2331) is a selected work from Index, a major project by the artist that first debuted at the ICA in 2009. Both Snyder's exhibition Index, and this edition, relate to a digitised archive of images that the artist amassed while making his works.

Untitled (CE-2331), 2009, is a photographic image in close-up of a material element of Snyder's archive (a CD, hard-drive, or digital camera), that was destroyed by him after transferring the images it held onto the web. In this process the artist's interest in the flux of information and images reached its natural conclusion.
